In the Sivananda Yoga centres worldwide, meditation is an integral part of the Yoga practise. Meditation forms part of an activity called Satsang. It involves silent meditation, chanting of mantras and a short talk on yoga philosophy. Ideally, the Satsang is preceded by a Yoga class.
Our next Satsang will be on Sunday, November 25th. The schedule:
16h Yoga class
18h Satsang (Meditation, chanting, Yoga philosophy)
